Hi, I’m Chi from Chi’s Confidence Coaching.

When you contact me or book a coaching session, I may collect:

Your phone number (if you share it)
Payment details
Any personal info you choose to share during our work together

I collect your data to:
Respond to your messages or questions
Schedule and provide coaching sessions
Send invoices and process payments
Keep basic financial records (as required by Dutch law)
Please note: I will never sell your data.

4. Your Rights
You always have the right to:
Ask what information I have about you
Request a correction or deletion
Withdraw your consent
File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority
Just email me if you want to check, change, or delete anything.

5. Cookies
My website uses basic functional cookies to make sure it works properly.
I don’t use tracking or advertising cookies unless you give permission.

6. How Long I Keep Your Data
Coaching-related notes: I keep them for up to 1 year unless we agree otherwise
Payment and invoice details: I’m legally required to keep those for 7 years

7. How I Keep Your Data Safe
I take care to protect your data by:
Using secure tools
Storing info digitally with encryption where possible
Using Stripe or other payment platforms to safely handle all payments
Only I (Chi) have access to your personal coaching info.
