By booking a coaching session, program, or service with Chi’s Confidence Coaching, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to support clarity, mutual respect, and a high-quality coaching experience.
1. General
Chi’s Confidence Coaching is a registered business in the Netherlands.
Coaching is available in English, Dutch, and German.
2. Coaching Services
Offered services include:
Online 1:1 coaching and 1:1 in person coaching in Amsterdam by request.
Group coaching programs coming soon
3. Online and Offline Sessions
All coaching is delivered online by default via Zoom or another secure video platform.
In-person sessions may be arranged by request and are available only in Amsterdam.
Requests for offline sessions must be made at least 7 days in advance, and are subject to availability.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own wellbeing and personal development throughout the process.
Coaching requires active engagement, self-reflection, and a willingness to grow.
5. Booking & Payment
Sessions and programs must be booked in advance.
Payment is required prior to the first session unless otherwise agreed.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled free of charge if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, unless in case of emergency.
Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of coaching, no refunds are offered once a program has started.
Exceptions may be considered under exceptional circumstances at Chi’s discretion.
8. Confidentiality
All personal information shared during coaching is treated confidentially and respectfully.
Information is only shared if:

There is an immediate risk of harm to the client or others
9. Intellectual Property
All materials (audio files, PDFs, workbooks, etc.) are the intellectual property of Chi’s Confidence Coaching.
They may be used only for personal development and may not be copied, shared, or resold.
10. Liability
Chi’s Confidence Coaching is not liable for outcomes, decisions, or results of any coaching engagement.
Clients accept full responsibility for their choices and personal growth.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
